DREAMS
Dreams are neither foam nor neuronal storms. When we sleep at night, our innermost selves once again push into our consciousness: desires and hopes, fears and blockades, information that we cannot process or push aside during the day. They all knock on our door at night, wanting to be heard, felt, and seen. In their own symbolic language, body, mind, and soul try to establish contact with us.

Dream-Accompaniment
During my 3-year training in "Dream Work according to Ortrud Grön" (TAOG), I had the privilege of learning from Germany's most famous dream researcher, Ortrud Grön (1925 - 2020). She intentionally called her method "Dream Work" because the dreamer was an active part of the process. The dreamer was neither sidelined nor subjected to the interpretation of a stranger. No. Each dreamer was and is an active participant in dream work from the very beginning.
Dream-Depth
By words alone, however, one can only uncover a part of the inner treasure or gain access to the wisdom of the body. For this reason, I use the "issue-focused method". Especially in cases of severe physical problems during sleep, recurring dreams, and above all nightmares, this method is quick and effective.

Dream-Processing
The main 3 pillars of the dream:
1. What happened the day before?
2. The entire dream
3. Awakening after the dream?
Different types of dream processing:
1. Individual session - Conversation
2. Individual session - Deepening
3. Group
Prices and schedules can be found under the section "Dates" aka "Termine".
