I was a child who was never wanted, unloved and unprotected. I know how difficult childhood can feel, how confusing teenage years can be, and how problematic thoughts & feelings can be when you don't know where the root causes are coming from. I not only know these topics - but I have my pain, my anger, and much more. considered and integrated.
As a mother of two, I know how life-changing pregnancy and childbirth are.
How doubts can arise about one's own abilities, demands at work are incompatible with family, couple relationships change - and can also fail. With and through our children, all parents experience their own childhood again, old memories come up that have been forgotten or repressed. Children are our mirror for our own unresolved issues. My children are my seismograph - for all changes in me, for all unresolved issues in me.
In my freelance work for a recognized youth welfare agency , I accompany families and young people
and children with the most difficult family circumstances and sometimes seemingly hopeless situations. A job that is extremely challenging and that confirms to me again and again that everyone can only change themselves. Here lies our greatest opportunity and our greatest strength.
From these different perspectives I have a wide range of experiences and practical knowledge. And wisdom too. At the same time, I am always in contact with wonderful colleagues:

Work or vocation?
Perhaps you are on the verge of burnout or, on the contrary, are underchallenged by the work? Are you perhaps unable to find your way in the world of work? Do you miss creativity, personal responsibility and flexibility? Are you wondering if you are even in the right job? Perhaps you are also facing unemployment and do not know what to do next?
Team leadership, corporate management?
The inner world is also reflected in the outer world in companies and institutions: in the corporate culture, in the organization, in recruiting, in personnel management, in supplier and partner relationships, in service, in management, in the medium-term and long-term strategy and orientation. What does the team and company management of the future look like? How to communicate at eye level? Is self-organization possible?
Future of work?
We have left the industrial age, the material age, and are moving into an immaterial age, an age of consciousness shift. Hierarchical forms of organization and management methods are therefore reaching their limits. Everyone must now ask themselves the question: How do I want to live? How do I want to work? Who do I want to work with?
We all need help from others and people we work with will always trigger our own issues. These are always signs to look at one's own entanglements and issues. I currently have two supervision groups, a German and an English-speaking group (with a focus on children), where we have a wonderful exchange with each other.
